Michael Abbey is the only IFMGA licensed American Mountain Guide in Southern California, certified to lead rock, ice, ski, and alpine adventures anywhere in the world.
He has helped hundreds of people progress from being complete beginners to realizing their dreams of summiting Denali, skiing the Haute Route, or leading their first 5.10 rock climb.
Michael is also a member of the AMGA’s National Instructor Team, where he trains aspiring Mountain Guides, and a combat veteran currently teaching mountain skills to the most elite units of the US military.
